
3月21日是世界睡眠日。据说,全世界有40%的人正在经受睡眠障碍的困扰。细算一下,人的一生有1/3是在睡觉中度过的。良好的睡眠质量能够为人们的工作、生活提供充足的精力。我是一个幸运儿,可能也算是一个没心没肺的家伙,头沾枕头就着,有时和妻拌嘴、闹别扭,她那还运气呢,我已梦乡十里了。偶尔遇到烦心的事,我也失眠,也数过羊,但无论怎样睡不着,一定会定时起床的。每天定时morning call ,但不用它call,我就起来了,前后相差不了几分钟,很准时的。为什么只是定时起床呢?因为定时睡觉是不可能保障的,工作有时要加班,赶书稿,开夜车;而定时起床是个习惯,闻鸡而起舞。
我羡慕那些爱懒床的人,这样的人跟床很有感情,一到周末节假日,会睡得天昏地暗。女儿寒暑假,每天睡到12点。有福之人,其代价就是长肉;而妻则是吃睡无碍,但依旧瘦小的身形,仿佛受了我多年的虐待。唉,天公没有睁眼,他老人家也一定在睡。
能睡是好事,比那些受失眠折磨的人要幸福千百倍。
可我听说,睡眠太多对智力不好,不过,反正我已呈呆状了,会有一天,我也睡它个你死我活。

For those who know how to rest, also know how to work. When I was younger, I did not want to go to bed at night, nor did I want to get up in the morning. My parents can tell you that it was like killing me for them to drag me out of bed in the monring. However, as I age, getting up early isn't a big issue any more for me. I think I have an internal clock that can alarm at the exact moment I want be awaken. May be God is watching me. I try to take a nap during the day if you can. I found napping for 15 minutes after lunch is like having a good night sleep. Sweet dreams, my dear "old" friend!
